I just made this short 2-minute video to tell you about our new slimming programme. In this programme “The Slim Pledge”, I cover everything I have done to lose 17 pounds in the last 89 days. Plus, how I managed to eat a 5 course birthday lunch yesterday which included cheese, butter and ice cream and drink a fair bit of wine - I still lost a pound.
